This idea is meant for those busy people who feel they are overwhelmed by atmentions and are living on the edge if they miss something important that people expect them to manage. Let’s make it more proper and collaborative and start adding atmentions as tasks automatically! These allow you to easily manage groups of people who share common tasks, goals, projects, etc., so they don’t get lost in the clutter of emails. You can also create personalized task lists for each of your teams, and communicate them to through Microsoft Teams channels in real time. Talk with your teammates to figure out which buckets make the most sense for your project, task assignments, and workflow. Once you’ve completed creating your initial plan, you can then create additional sub-categories for individual tasks and team tasks, organizing different aspects of your project into smaller groups.
